1. Nature of Digital Goods

Because our products are digital files delivered via internet download, they are considered "used" immediately after the download link is accessed or the file is delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be "returned" to us in a way that guarantees the product is no longer in your possession.

2. Refund Policy

  • Strict Final Sale: All sales of digital products (including but not limited to models, templates, graphics, and documents) are final.

  • Post-Download Restrictions: Once a digital file has been downloaded or accessed, ThinLineSanctuary Kft. will not issue refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

  • User Error: We do not offer refunds for accidental purchases, incompatibility with your specific software (unless otherwise stated in the product description), or a change of heart. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they have the technical knowledge and required third-party software to use the assets.

3. EU Consumer Rights & Mandatory Waiver

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content expires once performance has begun.

  • Mandatory Acknowledgment: Access to downloads on thinlinesanctuary.com is restricted until the customer explicitly acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal by proceeding.

  • Express Consent: By checking the consent box and downloading the file, you provide express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and waive all rights to a 14-day cooling-off period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Technical Defects)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value your satisfaction and comply with EU law regarding faulty digital goods. At our sole discretion, we may consider a replacement or repair only if:

  • The digital file is proven to be corrupt or technically defective at the time of purchase.

  • The product description contained a material error regarding the file’s contents.

  • Duplicate purchases of assets already tied to your account.
  • Support Prerequisite: You must allow our technical support team to attempt to resolve the issue via the Discord Ticket System before any other action is taken. A refund is a last resort only if a technical defect is proven unfixable by our team.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks and "friendly fraud" very seriously.

  • Breach of Contract: Filing an unwarranted chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or PayPal instead of resolving the issue through our support system is a direct violation of these Terms.

  • Consequences: Initiating a dispute results in the immediate and permanent termination of your account, a ban from our community, and the permanent revocation of all licenses for previously purchased assets.
