1. Acceptance of Terms & Jurisdiction

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from thinlinesanctuary.com (the "Store"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Any new products, features, updates, or assets added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Purchaser") and ThinLineSanctuary Kft., operating out of Hungary. These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary, regardless of the purchaser's physical location.

2. User Accounts, Age Requirements & Right to Refuse Service

Age Requirement: By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), or that you are purchasing with the explicit involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny access to our store and products to any individual or entity, at any time, for any reason, at our sole and absolute discretion.
Account Recovery & Verification: In the event that you lose access to your account (e.g., a lost or compromised Discord account), our support team will require specific, verifiable proof of ownership to protect the security of your purchases. This may include, but is not limited to, transaction IDs, official payment receipts, or access to the original billing email address. We reserve the right to deny account recovery if ownership cannot be sufficiently verified to our satisfaction.
Account Termination & Leak Communities: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to all purchased assets without a refund if you are found to be violating these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, participating in "leak" communities, or initiating unwarranted chargebacks. Furthermore, mere presence or membership in known "leak," "piracy," or "black market" communities is grounds for immediate account termination and permanent license revocation.

3. Digital Products & Delivery

Nature of Goods: All products sold on this store are digital files (including but not limited to clothing, gear, props, graphics, and liveries). No physical items will be shipped.
Final State: All assets are sold as finished products in their final state. We solely sell to the end user for use within their gaming environments.
Delivery: Performance of the contract and delivery of the digital goods is deemed to have begun the moment the download link is accessed or generated by our system following a successful transaction.

4. Pricing, Promotions, Payments & Errors

Pricing: All prices listed on thinlinesanctuary.com are subject to change without prior notice.
Sales & Promotions: All promotional offers, discount codes, and sales events are valid only for the specified limited time and are subject to change or cancellation at our sole discretion without notice.
No Retroactive Discounts: Purchases made prior to a sale or promotional event are strictly final. We do not offer price adjustments, partial refunds, or the retroactive application of discount codes to past orders.
Taxes: While based in Europe, we collect applicable state sales tax for United States customers where required by law. For customers within the European Union, applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and added at checkout.

5. Licensing & Usage Rights (End-User Only)

ThinLineSanctuary grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal or server use only, subject to the following strict conditions:

A. 3D Models (Clothing, Gear, Weapons, Tools)

Model Integrity: You are strictly prohibited from unlocking, ripping, decompiling, or editing the 3D geometry of any file (including but not limited to YFT, YDR, and YDD formats).
Component Protection: This protection applies to the product as a whole and to any individual component, mesh, or part of the model. "Part-swapping" or attaching specific components of our models to other 3D assets is strictly prohibited.
Texture Editing: You are permitted to edit the texture files associated with the models (YTDs).
Derivative Works & Texture Redistribution: Any modifications made to our textures are considered "Derivative Works." While ThinLineSanctuary retains ownership of the underlying assets and base designs, we grant you a limited license to distribute or sell your custom-made textures, provided that:
1. No 3D model files (YDR, YFT, or YDD) are included in your distribution.
2. You only redistribute the specific texture files (e.g., .png or .dds) that you have personally modified. You are strictly prohibited from redistributing our original, unmodified texture files as part of your package.
3. You provide a clear credit and a direct link to thinlinesanctuary.com for the required base model.
4. Your custom textures do not contain any "ripped" or stolen assets from other creators.

B. Uniforms (Standard & Bundles)

Standard Packages: These consist of vanilla models with custom textures.
Uniform Bundles: These include custom-made 3D models.
Department Logos: We provide complimentary department logos for our uniform packages. These are not included in the default download files and must be requested and distributed exclusively through our Discord Ticket System.
Restrictions: Modification of these assets is strictly prohibited. Requests for specific changes must be made via our Discord Ticket System.

C. Vehicle Liveries

Nature of Product: These products are strictly texture files (liveries). The actual 3D vehicle models are not included with your purchase.
Third-Party Vehicle Availability: We are not responsible or liable if the third-party creator of a base vehicle model removes it, makes it unavailable, or updates it in a way that breaks compatibility with our livery. Refunds will not be issued for liveries if the base vehicle is no longer obtainable.
Restrictions: Modification of these textures is strictly prohibited. Requests for changes or edits must be made via our Discord Ticket System.

D. Server Use, Asset Lending & Third-Party Handling (Developers & Commission Artists)

Active Participation Requirement: You may "lend" your purchased assets to a third-party FiveM/RageMP server for use by its community, provided you are an active, participating player on that specific server.
No Transfer of Ownership: Licenses are strictly tied to the purchaser. Assets cannot be "donated," "gifted," "traded," or "transferred" to the permanent ownership of a server or community.
Third-Party Handling: If you hire or utilize a third-party (e.g., a server developer for installation, or a texture artist for custom commissions):
1. You may provide the third party with the necessary files only for the duration of the specific task.
2. The third party must delete all files immediately upon completion of the installation or commission work.
3. Strict Liability: You, the original purchaser, assume full legal and financial responsibility for these assets while they are in the third party's possession. If the third party leaks, redistributes, or misuses the assets, your license will be permanently revoked, your account terminated, and you may be held liable for damages.
Removal Upon Departure: If you cease to be an active player, leave the community, or are banned from the server, you are solely responsible for ensuring the server administrators immediately remove your purchased assets from their files. Allowing a server to retain and use your assets after your departure is a direct violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Disclaimer

Ownership: All original meshes, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of ThinLineSanctuary.
Third-Party Trademarks: Real-world branding is used for immersion and user satisfaction only. We claim no ownership of these brands and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or any respective trademark owners.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal & Mandatory Consent

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content expires once the performance has begun.

Mandatory Waiver: Access to downloads is restricted until the customer explicitly acknowledges that they lose their right of withdrawal by proceeding.
Finality: By downloading the file, you provide express consent for the immediate performance of the contract and waive all rights to a 14-day cooling-off period.

8. Refund & Support Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once the download is initiated.
Compatibility Disclaimer: We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party scripts, custom frameworks, or outdated game versions. Refunds will not be issued for issues arising from the user's specific server environment or third-party software conflicts.
Scope of Support: Our support is limited to addressing technical defects in the product files themselves. We do not provide tutorials or assistance with third-party software (such as OpenIV).
Faulty Goods: Per EU law, if a file is technically defective at the time of purchase, we will provide a repair or replacement.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Asset Revocation: Initiating a chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and the revocation of all licenses for previously purchased assets.
Server Liability: Any server or community utilizing assets "lent" by a user who has filed a chargeback is required to remove those assets immediately; failure to do so may result in the server being flagged for unauthorized distribution.

10. Prohibited Conduct (Strict Enforcement)

You agree not to:

Resell, Trade, or Redistribute: Sharing or selling our models or unmodified textures is strictly prohibited.
Unlock: Any attempt to bypass security to unlock files is a breach of contract.
AI Training: You may not use any of our assets to train, fine-tune, or feed machine learning or AI models.
Commercial Advertising: You may not use our assets as a primary feature in paid/commercial advertising for third-party products without express written consent.

11. Non-Disparagement

You agree to act in good faith. You shall not engage in any public defamation, disparagement, or "review bombing" of ThinLineSanctuary or its team members, particularly while a support ticket is active or following a legitimate denial of a refund based on these Terms.

12. Website Availability & Limitation of Liability

Backups: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to securely back up their downloaded assets. ThinLineSanctuary is not obligated to provide replacements if a download becomes unreachable on our end.
Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinLineSanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect damages or third-party account/server bans resulting from the use of our assets.

13. Severability & Force Majeure

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Force Majeure: ThinLineSanctuary shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

14. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your data is handled according to GDPR standards. We collect only what is necessary for transaction processing and account maintenance. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
